ROSEVILLE, Mich. -- Roseville police said a man carrying "the biggest gun they've ever seen" robbed a convenience store on Masonic Boulevard on Friday.
The man walked into the store, took a bottle of beer out of the cooler and pointed the gun over the counter at the clerk, police said. The robber grabbed money out of the cash register, and while doing so he glanced at the surveillance camera.
The man is carrying a nickel-plated revolver, possibly a .44 or .357-caliber Magnum, police said. He is described as a black man in his 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, and was last seen wearing a leather Pelle Pelle jacket.
Those who have any information on the robbery are being asked to contact Roseville police at 586-775-2100.
