Hooters officials and city of Troy officials will meet in court on Wednesday to settle $1 million suit.The issue began when Troy City Council members rejected a liquor license for the chain's new location on Big Beaver Road.Hooters sued the city and opened its new restaurant without a liquor license in January.Stay with Local 4 News and ClickOnDetroit.com for updates.
