Detroit police are asking the community to be on the lookout for a serial rapist who they said may have as many as six victims.
Police said his latest attack was on Sunday.
The attacks have been in the area of Seven Mile and Hull roads, east of Interstate 75.
The accused is described as a black man between 25 and 30 years old. He weighs between 140 and 160 pounds. He has a medium complexion and his front tooth is either missing or chipped.
Police said his actions are the same every time. Police said the man shows up at a bus stop and strikes up a conversation with a young woman. He either reveals a weapon or pretends he has a weapon, then leads them away.
The ages of the victims range from 14 to 22.
"It appears as though he gets their attention with friendly conversation and then it turns ugly," Lt. Monique Patterson of the Detroit Police sex crimes unit said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detroit police sex crimes unit at 313-596-1950.
