DETROIT -- The Detroit City Council is in deep discussion over the results of a 32-page report on what to do with Tiger Stadium.
The report was generated by the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation and focuses on the shortcomings of all three formal proposals to redevelop the Tiger Stadium.
Last week the mayor proposed one of the visions he had for the historic ballpark- a flourishing retail and residential zone.
Critics of the report said it doesn’t really address many other informal ideas for maintaining the ballpark’s history.
