Spanish Radio Station Brings Mexican Comedian To Detroit

As part of the Hispanic Heritage Month Events in Detroit, WSDS La Explosiva 1480 AM presents the Humor Festival, featuring the show "La Chupitos," on Sunday.

This is the first time that Liliana Arriaga, known as "La Chupitos" will be in Detroit for two exclusive shows. Arriaga is one of the most popular comedians of Mexico.

The first show will be at 3 p.m. with an encore presentation at 7:30 p.m. The shows will be at 5671 W. Vernor Highway in Detroit.

In addition, the Humor Festival will also feature Javier Miranda, the famous impersonator of Juan Gabriel, a worldwide Mexican signer whose music is very popular in Latin America and Europe.

WSDS La Explosiva 1480 AM is the only Spanish language radio station in Detroit.
