POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2007
SOUTH LYON, Mich. -- Oakland County prosecutors announced they will not file charges in a school bus fight that allegedly had racial undertones.
A 13-year-old black female student at South Lyon said two white girls jumped her on the school bus last month.
The girl claims the two students spat on her and told her to “ go back to Africa.”
The Oakland County prosecutors said they investigated the claims and decided not file charges.
