SEOUL, South Korea - Prosecutors in South Korea have brought homicide charges against the captain of a sunken ferry and three other crew members.
They're accused of failing to carry out their duties to protect passengers.
Another 11 crew members also have been indicted, but on lesser charges.
The April 16 disaster killed 281 people, and the bodies of another 23 people still haven't been recovered.
