DETROIT -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old Detroit boy with severe mental and physical disabilities.Jackie Dewayne Taylor was last seen on Monday around 3 p.m., walking away from 20101 Yacama Drive.Police described Taylor as black, 5 feet tall and weighing 100 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, a scar on his left wrist and a missing top front tooth.Taylor was last seen wearing a Phat Pharm coat with fur around the hood, a white dress shirt and blue Dickie pants.If you have any information, call 911 or the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5900.
