Woman Arrested, Man On The Run In Purse-Snatchings

A woman is in custody but a man is still at large, wanted in a series of purse-snatching incidents in Metro Detroit.

Marshale Herzberger, 27, of Croswell, was arraigned Wednesday on one charge of unarmed robbery and one charge of assault and battery after an alleged purse-snatching in Madison Heights.

Her alleged partner, Christopher Leon, 27, whose last known address was in Birmingham, is still at large.

According to Troy police A 53-year-old Warren woman was robbed March 21 in the parking lot of Aldi Foods on East Big Beaver Road. Troy police located the fleeing vehicle near Sparta and Big Beaver, but the male driver managed to escape.

Anybody with information about Leon's whereabouts is asked to call the Troy Police Department at 248-524-3477.
