Dearborn Police Search For Gas Station Robber

DEARBORN, Mich. -- Dearborn police are warning residents to be on the lookout for a man they said robbed a gas station with a handgun.
Police said early Thursday morning a man walked into the Marathon Gas Station at Michigan Avenue and Outer Drive and robbed the clerk of an unknown amount of cash.
Police said the man showed the clerk a handgun but no one was injured.
The man left before police could apprehend him.
The man is described as a black man who is 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, and is between 30 and 40 years old. He was last seen wearing a red, white and blue jacket with dark pants and gym shoes.
