Nestle Prepared Foods Company is recalling 9-ounce boxes of "Lean Pockets Spinach Artichoke Chicken" with a best before date of Nov. 2009.Some boxes may contain small pieces of plastic that were already the cause of two injuries.The products were produced on May 23 and distributed to retailers nationwide.The package number on the box is "8144544616" and there is an establishment number on the side that reads "P7721A", according to the USDA.If you purchased the product, you can call the company at (800) 350-5016.
