Replica Vietnam Veterans Wall Coming To Mich.

BRIGHTON, Mich. -- The Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall will be in Brighton Sept. 11 - 14.
The wall is a half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Three million people visit the wall in Washington, D.C., every year to remember loved ones and pay tribute to fallen heroes. Sponsors of the wall’s 4-day visit to Michigan are expecting 30,000 to 40,000 visitors.
The Fraternal Order of Eagles will be holding a fundraiser to help pay for the wall’s visit Friday and Saturday.
All events will be held at 141 Schroeder Park Drive in Howell.
Friday, from 6 p.m. till midnight, there will be a Texas Holdem’ tournament with music and food.
Saturday is full of family-friendly events from noon until midnight.
