ROYAL OAK, Mich. -- A party for laid-off workers could lead to a promising future for information technology professionals.VisionIT of Detroit, in collaboration with Manpower Professional, will be hosting a Pink Slip Party Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Royal Oak Brewery on East Fourth Street in Royal Oak.
