DETROIT -- A construction worker was injured Wednesday while working on the roof at Trenton High School.
A roofing company was using a crane to do repairs on the roof when the crane collapsed above the auditorium and injured a worker, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital and is expected to be OK.
The Trenton Schools superintendent said the crane collapse did not cause structural damage to the school, but they will have structural engineers inspect it to be safe.
