Mildred Gaddis and Free Press' Stephen Henderson will host the debate, and Anchor Rich Fisher will moderate.

The debate will be livestreamed in ClickOnDetroit.com and simulcast on WCHB AM 1200 Radio and WADL38.

The debate sponsors, The Detroit Free Press, Radio One and WADL 38, said they cited public opinion polls, when deciding which candidates to invite to the debate.

The Dave Bing campaign said it will fully disclose the campaign's financial information on the Web site, www.davebingformayor.com, in an effort to emphasize the need for ethics in Detroit.

Bing's campaign said it challenged Hendrix and Cockrel to do the same, but they have not responded to his challenge.
