DETROIT -- The first televised Detroit mayoral debate will be between three candidates vying to succeed Kwame Kilpatrick in the Feb. 24 special elections.Current Mayor Ken Cockrel Jr., Pistons great Dave Bing and former Deputy Mayor Freman Hendrix will begin sparring at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the WADL studios in Clinton Township.
