WARREN, Mich. -- Three people were formally charged Wednesday in relation to a raid Friday by Warren police that resulted in the confiscation of nearly 107 marijuana plants and other materials used to grow the drug.
Aaron Michael Osentoski, 27, was charged with two felony drug charges and a misdemeanor of maintaining a drug house. His bond was set at $7,500.
Todd Lee Osentoski, 26, was charged with four felony drug charges and one misdemeanor. His bond was set at $75,000.
Mark Raymond Fortuna, 30, was charged with one felony drug count and his bond was set a $7,500.
All three were arraigned before Judge Sherman Faunce at 9 a.m. at the 37th District Court in Warren.
Warren police Commissioner William Dwyer said special investigation officers had been tracking the home as a possible drug house and found "a large marijuana manufacturing operation being conducted in the basement of the residence."
Police said nearly 107 marijuana plants, loose marijuana in bags, several materials used in growing the plant, small amounts of hallucinogenic mushrooms, an ounce of cocaine and nearly $6,000 in cash were all found during the raid.
Police said they also found a laptop computer that detailed the suspects' marijuana-growing operation.
