Lunchmeat, Poultry Products Recalled

Meat Sold At Local Stores

Lunchmeat sold at several local grocery chains is being recalled.

Cameco, Inc., a Verona, N.J., establishment is recalling approximately 79,312 pounds of various fully cooked, ready-to-eat meat and poultry products because the products may contain under-processed ham components after contacting surfaces of equipment.

The company said the issue was found before the meat made its way to store shelves.

Appleton Brand:

The distribution of the products was limited only to wholesale distributors; none of these products are available to consumers.
