SAINT CLAIR SHORES, Mich. -- Authorities in Saint Clair Shores are launching a new program to battle boat break-ins.
The new program, called Marina Watch, works similar to a neighborhood watch for the water.
Boaters are asked to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report it immediately.
