DETROIT – The Michigan State Police have two suspects in custody after a woman was shot Tuesday on Interstate 75 near Livernois Avenue in Detroit.
State police say the vehicle involved in the shooting also has been recovered.

The northbound side of the interstate was shut down for several hours after the shooting and crash. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspects are being held at the Detroit Detention Center pending charges from the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
