2 dead, 20 cases of Meningitis in Michigan

Meningitis has claimed two Michigan lives since the infection became a nationwide concern due to a tainted steroid injection.
The details of the deaths will not be released until after the weekend.
Officials say there at least twenty confirmed cases of meningitis in the state.
The infection has been linked to a steroid produced by a specialty pharmacy in Massachusetts. The steroid has been recalled and health officials are notifying anyone who may have used the injection.
