2 injured in Pittsfield drunk driving accident

PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a two-car crash in Pittsfield Township early Saturday morning.

Pittsfield Township police found the at-fault driver pinned inside the vehicle. The driver, a 28-year old Ann Arbor native, was extricated, arrested and taken to the hospital.

The second driver involved was also taken to the hospital.

Though there were injuries, they are not life-threatening.
