Two people died early Sunday morning in a house fire on Detroit's west side. 

Fire officials say 77-year-old Kyle Bozeman and 71-year-old Theresa Bozeman didn't make it out when a fire broke out in their 20000 block home on Rutherford near 8 Mile and the Lodge Freeway. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but appears to have started in a back porch area.
