NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. – A 2-year-old girl wearing only a diaper was found wandering along a road in New Baltimore during a rainstorm Thursday morning.
Police said people in the 36000 block of 23 Mile Road (Green Street) spotted the girl at about 10 a.m. and took her into a nearby salon for shelter.

Her parents were found at their home, which is about two blocks away, and are being investigated by police and Macomb County's Child Protective Services.
