OXFORD, Mich. -- The Oakland County Sheriff's department has released the name of the man involved in an industrial accident in Oxford Wednesday morning.Gerald Setter, 52, was hit by a gravel hauler in a parking lot on Glaspie Road around 4:45 a.m.Police said his coworker at TKMS Limited was driving the gravel hauler that hit Setter as he was backing into a parking lot.Setter was pronounced dead at the scene.The Oakland County sheriff's office and Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating.Oxford is about 30 miles north of Detroit.
