Flu Closes Local Schools
30 Percent Of Students Absent

YPSILANTI, Mich. -- Several local schools are shutting their doors until next week for a possible flu outbreak.
Huron Valley Catholic School located at 1300 N. Prospect Road in Ypsilanti will be closed until Monday, Nov. 9 because of high absenteeism.
The school's Web site said more than 30 percent of the students at the school have come down with flu-like symptoms.
The Dundee school district will also be closed until Monday.
The county and district in-service will go on as planned on Thursday and Friday.
Neither school districts will confirm if it is H1N1.
