WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. -- A former Grosse Pointe South High School hockey coach has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
Robert Bopp, 53, of Taylor could get sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection with the sexual assault on a Farmington Hills boy.
Bopp admitted he videotaped two teenagers engaging in sex acts in 2008.
As part of his plea, Bopp agreed to forfeit his home as well as a 2008 Ford Escape and various electronic equipment.
Bopp's attorney, Christopher Andreoff, requested that Bopp be placed in a federal facility in Milan so his family members could visit him.
The judge granted that request.
No sentencing date has been set.
Bopp is expected back in court on Feb. 1 on a different criminal charge in Wayne County stemming from the same allegations.
