DETROIT -- The Detroit police department raided a strip club in connection with an ongoing investigation into gas and electricity theft.Police said the Players Club, a strip club on Joy Road, has been stealing gas and electricity.A DPD copper theft task force, made up of DPD officers, Detroit Energy and AT&T employees have been investigating the case.One person was arrested in the past week, and a search warrant at the club was executed Friday afternoon.A tank was used to break down the front door.Stay with Local 4 News and ClickOnDetroit.com for further news updates on this developing story.
