Hospital To Transfer Some Services

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- St. John North Shores Hospital in Harrison Township is making plans to close its doors for good.
The hospital, which currently offers emergency care and physical therapy, was forced to shutter because it would needs $1 million in upgrades to comply with safety standards.
The hospital plans to move some of it services to St. John Medical Center in Detroit.
The move will happen over the next six months.
