Duane Che Cochran, 17, of Pittsfield Township was charged with unlawful possession or use of a harmful device causing personal injury and placing and placing an explosive with an offensive substance with intent to injure.
An 18-year-old Ann Arbor man was also arrested in case. Charges against him have not yet been filed.
