DETROIT – Three people were shot at a neighborhood party at a park on Detroit's east side Sunday evening.
The shooting happened at Maheras-Gentry Park around 6:30 p.m. where hundreds attended an annual picnic.
One shooter walked up to the party and shot at a man several times. A second shooter fired an AK-47 from across the street.
Detroit police said two of the people shot were bystanders. The other person is believed to be the intended target.
One man is listed in critical condition. Another man and a woman are listed in stable condition.
Police are searching for the two gunmen.
