A jury reached a decision Friday in a case involving a woman and her ex-boyfriend, a multimillionaire owner of a fitness chain.
Margaret Horvath, 42, was awarded $10 million and complete ownership of a Birmingham condominium. Her ex-boyfriend, William Hubner -- the owner of the Fitness USA based in West Bloomfield -- will also be required to pay Horvath's attorney fees, according to Local 4 reports.
Horvath (pictured, left) testified that Hubner promised her a lifetime of wealth and riches.
The couple separated in 2000 after 17 years together.
Hubner (pictured, right) previously went through two divorces. In addition to owning Fitness USA, he owns several homes, including two in California, one in Bloomfield Hills, one in Birmingham and a home in Windsor, Ontario, according to the station's reports. His estimated worth is over $100 million.

In a videotape played to the courtroom, Horvath was seen showing off the couple's possessions like an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous."
"He kept doing worse and worse things until I finally had to stand up for myself in court," said Horvath.
Horvath (pictured, left) was apparently awarded only a portion of what she requested, according to Local 4 reports. She had asked for a total of $27 million, the Birmingham condominium, a Lexus 400 luxury vehicle and a $3 million cash retirement fund.
