A 36-year-old party store employee who reportedly shot and killed a thief is awaiting word on whether she will face murder charges.A man entered the Food Land liquor store on Clairmount Street on Detroit's west side Saturday and forced his way behind the bullet-proof counter, Local 4 reported. Three employees were behind the counter when one of them pulled out a gun and fatally shot the man, according to the report.Police were questioning the shooter, whose name was not released.The case has been handed over to the Wayne County prosecutor's office for review.
