A Bloomfield Township doctor is accused of sexually assaulting his patients during their medical examinations.
Dr. Rodolfo Finkelstein, 53, was arraigned Wednesday on one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and five counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to a report in
The Oakland Press. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and posted bond.

Oakland County prosecutors say the investigation involves three different women. One woman reported that the alleged assaults occurred on Aug. 5 and Aug. 17. The other two women reported the alleged assaults occurred in January 2003 and June 2003.
The doctor kissed, fondled and sexually assaulted the patients when the nurses were not around, according to police.
Finkelstein (pictured, left) runs the Women's Advisory Centers in Bloomfield Township and Livonia, according to the report. Finkelstein was not at the center Thursday; however, the center remained open, the paper reported.
Investigators said there could be more charges filed against Finkelstein. He is expected back in court Sept. 27 for a preliminary examination.
