MONROE, Mich. - Four people were rescued from an apartment fire in Monroe on Saturday morning that burned 49 occupied units.

The fire started on the third floor of the Hidden Trails apartments at around 9 a.m. Some residents were taken to the hospital for anxiety reasons, but there were no serious injuries.

The cause of the fire is unknown and about 10 fire departments helped to fight the blaze. A fire chief says that the building is likely a complete loss.
