ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The frozen body of a man was found near a housing complex in Ann Arbor Monday.

The 54-year-old man fell four stories from his balcony at Miller Manor in the 700 block of Miller Road, according to police.

Investigators are not certain when the man fell or died. A resident of the complex discovered his body and called police at about 5 p.m. Monday. Another witness said he saw the body behind the building at about noon, according to a report in The Ann Arbor News.

Foul play is not suspected, Local 4 reported. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday.

The man's name was not released.
