Police: Man Who Fell From Apartment Found Frozen
Foul Play Not Suspected

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The frozen body of a man was found near a housing complex in Ann Arbor Monday.
The 54-year-old man fell four stories from his balcony at Miller Manor in the 700 block of Miller Road, according to police.Investigators are not certain when the man fell or died. A resident of the complex discovered his body and called police at about 5 p.m. Monday. Another witness said he saw the body behind the building at about noon, according to a report in The Ann Arbor News.Foul play is not suspected, Local 4 reported. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday.The man's name was not released.
