DETROIT – Detroit police are asking for your help in finding a missing 68-year-old man.

Joe Louis Richards, Jr. was last seen by his caregiver around 11 p.m. Monday,Jan.17 at a home in the 120000 block of Westwood.
Richards was wearing a bluejacket with embroidered lettering "Local 235 Committee" on the front, a brown shirt, and blue jeans.
Richard is 5'-11", 169 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair, light complexion with a full beard and mustache.
He is a diabetic who relies on taking insulin. His care giver is unsure if missing took his medication when she last saw him.
