Three people were injured after an explosion at the American Axle & Manufacturing Inc. Plant in Hamtramck Monday morning.The explosion occurred around 7:30 a.m. at a hydraulic pump station, Local 4 reported.Three people were injured and taken to Henry Ford Hospital suffering burns, according to the station's reports.
