Henry Perez, 74, is accused of calling the woman into his office at 7 a.m. Dec. 28. When the woman was in his office, Perez touched the woman's body against her will, authorities said.

The woman was working in the Social Security office in the 19500 block of Victor Parkway in Livonia.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Perez with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to two years in prison.

"These allegations are very troubling," Worthy said. "This type of charged behavior will not be tolerated, no matter your station in life."

Perez is expected to be arraigned Friday in 16th District Court in Livonia.
