DETROIT – The 7-year-old boy who was reported missing Friday night has been found safe by Detroit Police.
Malek Nelthrope's mom said she was waiting for him to be dismissed from school just before 4 o'clock Friday afternoon, but he never came out. When Detroit Public Schools couldn't locate the boy, they contacted Detroit Police for help .
Malek was found safe Saturday morning wandering around the school hallways. He has been reunited with his mother.
