Man Released From Jail

The 25-year-old Indiana man who arranged a meeting with a minor that claimed to be 18 years old has been released from Macomb County Jail on Thursday.The man will not face charges, according to prosecutors.He met the 13-year-old Harrison Township girl on myspace.com. He told police the girl posted provocative photos of herself and claimed to be 18 years old, Local 4 reported.The Indiana man arranged a meeting with the girl on Tuesday evening, which prompted the girl's mother to phone police, and an Amber Alert was issued.
