The 13-year-old girl who met a man through the popular Web site MySpace has been ordered to wear a tether, according to prosecutors.She was charged Wednesday in Macomb County Juvenile Court with home truancy, which prosecutors said is akin to running away from home.She was released to the custody of her mother.She will remain on a tether until her pretrial hearing, which is scheduled for May 25.Juvenile court officials have also banned the girl from using the Internet.The 25-year-old Hammond, Ind., man was released from custody pending investigation of his computer.
