Health officials have reported a medical alert.There have been eight deaths reported on Friday and four deaths reported on Thursday in Wayne County.Health officials said the deaths were a result of people overdosing on a deadly cocktail of drugs.The Wayne County Medical said the victim's mixed fentanyl, which is used as a painkiller, with heroin or cocaine.Stay with Local 4 News and ClickOnDetroit.com for more on this developing story.
