Adoptive Parents Face Murder Charges

More people could face charges in connection with the murder of 7-year-old Ricky Holland (pictured).An Ingham County prosecutor has hinted that others could be charged as aiders and abettors to Ricky's adoptive parents, Tim and Lisa Holland, Local 4 reported. Tim Holland, 37, and Lisa Holland, 34, are charged with open murder and first-degree child abuse in connection with Ricky's death.In January, Tim Holland led authorities to Ricky's body in a wooded area near Dansville in rural Ingham County. At the time of his disappearance from his Williamston home last July, Ricky's parents told police they believed he had run away.A judge ruled that Tim and Lisa Holland will have separate juries when they are tried for the murder. Both trials are expected to begin in September.
