A flight attendant for Pinnacle Airlines was so drunk on a flight from Grand Forks, ND to Minneapolis, MN in February 2012 that she had to be removed, causing the flight to be cancelled. Twice the legal limit, the attendant repeatedly failed to correctly recite the alphabet and spell her own name.
