WARREN, Mich. – The alleged drunken hit-and-run driver who fatally hit a bicyclist in Warren on Monday has been identified.
Police said 47-year-old Kittisak Clayphotong of Flint is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death and failure to stop at scene of accident resulting in death. He's accused of hitting 51-year-old

Andrew Macielak on Ryan Road, just south of 14 Mile Road.
Macielak was pronounced dead at the scene and police said tips from witnesses lead them to Clayphotong, who had fled the scene.
Clayphotong pleaded not guilty to the felonies and his bond was set at $20,000.
