ANN ARBOR, Mich. -

A cab driver has been charged with assault for allegedly inappropriately touching a passenger's thigh.

Ann Arbor police said 33-year-old Mohamed Ahamok is accused of touching the 23-year-old woman on Feb. 10 while driving her in the 1200 block of South University. He is also accused of kissing the woman.

The other two reports involved a 19-year-old female student and a 21-year-old female student. The 21-year-old says a cab driver sexually assaulted her near the 300 block of E. Madison on Feb. 3. She described the driver as a white man in his 20s with short brown hair.

The 19-year-old woman says a cab driver made inappropriate advances and tried to remove part of her clothing on Jan. 23. The woman told police the driver did this after dropping off two other passengers and parking. She kicked the driver and fled the cab on foot, police said. She described him as a white man with an olive complexion.

Police are investigating those two incidences and are still looking into whether these alleged assaults are connected.
