If you caught Aretha Franklin's video message during the Grammys, you couldn't help but notice how much skinnier she looked. In addition to her surgery, which she describes are "more than minor," Franklin has completely changed the way she eats.


No more chitterlings, pigs' feet or ham hocks. Now, only health foods and exercise. She's walking on a track three times a week for at least a mile. It's paying off. She wants to get down to a size 16.

Franklin says she feels "150 percent" and plans her first concert since her surgery on May 28 in Buffalo.
