Armada Township man killed in hit-and-run Friday morning

A 48-year-old man has been killed in a hit-and-run early Friday morning in Berlin Township.
St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon said Christopher Demrose was walking on Hough Road, west of Berville Road, just before 2 a.m. when he was hit by a car that didn’t stop.
The Armada Township man was taken to McLaren Hospital in Mount Clemens, but died from his injuries.
Donnellon said there isn’t a description of the car that hit Demrose.
