Attorney arrested, accused of cleaning out Warren teens' trust fund
Investigators believe Robert Buschmohle stole $389,000 from trust fund he was sole trustee for
Robert Buschmohle was arrested Tuesday and is charged with embezzling more than $100,000.
The 39-year-old could face up to 20-years in prison if convicted. Investigators say Buschmohle had been appointed sole trustee of a living trust made for the benefit of two teenage boys from Warren.
They say Buschmohle wrote checks to himself from the fund.

He's accused of taking all the money from the account over a four-year period -- a total of $389,000.
Investigators said when the teenagers neared the payout age of 19 their mother called to find out when and how the boys would receive their money. Buschmohle never returned her calls.
The mother filed a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. The commission brought the matter to Warren police.
Buschmohle has been licensed to practice law in Michigan since 2000.
He was reprimanded back in 2009 by the state of Michigan's Attorney Discipline Board for several allegations including failing to keep a client reasonably informed, failing to refund an unearned fee and engaging in conduct that exposes the legal profession to disgrace.
He was ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution.
