AKRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

Authorities say they've found the body of a man who disappeared after an airboat capsized on Lake Huron's Saginaw Bay.

the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office said the body of 39-year-old Jason King of Reese was found Sunday afternoon.

The Coast Guard had searched for seven hours before calling off its search.

The Coast Guard said it got word Saturday night that a boat with two people aboard overturned in Saginaw Bay. The accident happened about five miles from Fish Point, which is located southwest of Sebewaing in Tuscola County's Akron Township.

Crews responding to the scene rescued Gary Godfrey, 51, of Banister, who was operating the airboat.

Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
